RA would have no trouble getting another job, if he didn't just retire. He'd take a year off, which is not so bad, when you can afford it. I don't think he would be bothered at all. He's been coaching a long time, and has confidence that he knows what he is doing.

I find it funny people don't realize Rick is horrible at subbing people.... If we are getting a role player....Rick ain't giving them minutes until 3 things happen 1. Players gets traded (especially a starter) 2. Starter gets hurt 3. Bench Player is destroying his teammates in practice
