That's not quite how it works. It works like this. Follow the science and best available data and you're a hero. Have a different opinion based on a reasonable examination of the best available data and you're still a hero and respected and might be able to make changes for the better.

Have a different opinion based on outliers, and not the best available data, but still publicly push that opinion as being equal or more valid, and then you're a quack.

Millions have gotten the vaccine and the side effects have been completely minimal.

 

What's frightening is when laymen "do their own research" they have no clue how to read statistical data. Many don't even know the difference between mean or median or basic statistical terminology like standard deviation or confidence interval.

This results in grifter medical professionals going to Congress and labeling drugs like ivermectin as a "wonder drug" for Covid based on studies that have literally been proven to have fake data based on basic math by people who understand this stuff:

And none of the people on my Facebook news feed b****ing about how research in ivermectin is "suppressed" have any clue that they are clinging on to literal fake research because their news feeds they adhere to don't show them it.

 

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny believes that vaccinations cause autism. She also believes that vaccinations cause people to be magnetized and have metal items stick to them. She also believes in a conspiracy between the vaccinations and cell towers.
