That's leaning to much into a Texas theme and it's still too generic. Although Houston is in the state of Texas this team needs to focus more on being H-Towns team more than the states team. I do like the H logo on the new hoodies.

I'm afraid there's no getting away from it, since the state is literally in the name.

I liked the H at first, and then I realized it was just a simple letter with diamonds on the end. It's generic, just like the rest of the team's identity. This team needs more character and substance.

I like the gun, but maybe holding a Texas Flag instead? Nice offering, something totally different and unique.

You can almost 100% guarantee that deep steel blue is out the door and Colombian blue is back

It’s the only color that represents professional football in Houston

I hope it's in the works.
I feel it's a color that represents all of Houston. Rockets have even given it an homage. The music industry too.
I think I'd prefer the letter H with a star than the horns. Can't go out there looking like say-10 only to get beat down by the Saints.

There’s nothing different or unique about that…it’s, literally, the old DALLAS Texans original logo in red and Columbia blue instead of red and yellow. It would be the single worst option possible for a new logo.

There's also a 0.000% chance of the NFL putting a gun on one of their logos, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Not...gonna...HAPPEN. It's just hilarious to see all of these folks begging to adopt the team colors of a failed football organization whose shithead owner cursed the city of Houston.

Too much blue in the division. Only 1 other team with a red helmet in the league. Go red primary color but make it a sexy deep red, none of this pinkish hue/muted reds. The mismatched red of our current jerseys with the battle red helmet was and white secondary colors was tacky looking.

Is there a rule to using white as in pure white? What if we separated ourselves with Red/Off White/Sand/Oatmeal color and blue? An off white helmet would make the logo pop on it with the white outline on the logo showing. Red jerseys, blue letters/# outlined in off white plus off white shoulder stripe. Off white pants with thick red side stripe. Any sock combo. All off white aways would be so clean so would all off white with red pants.

Who knew they were so many fashion/color opinions in here, lol.

Anyways, they’ll go with the option that will likely lead to the most merchandise sales… and unless they change their names to the Astros, there’s a good chance that adopting light blue will lead to an overwhelming amount of sales.

Again I think they should seriously consider changing the name to something space themed!!!
