I would trade Parsons right now to Golden State for Harrison Barnes and a draft pick if they where dumb enough to do it...

I would also trade him to Utah for Favors and a draft pick.

Definitely would trade him in a package deal to get LMA.

Morey would be crazy if he didn't at least explore trading Parsons.

I think the LOF's are being matched by the CPOF's ! I like Parsons as much
as the next Rockets fan but come on, the homerism is deep in this thread!

    Lebron,Durant,Melo,C-Paul,DHoward,KLove,Aldridge,Kyrie Irving,Paul George,
Marc Gasol, Stephen Curry, Kenneth Faried, etc.

The only difference in trade value is Parsons ridiculously low salary! But if the
trade makes the Rockets better, then it has to be done.....

Daryl Morey said that Jeremy Lin was better player than Chandler Parsons?
I only trade Parsons for a star!

Hypothetically speaking, I've seen people drop a few names that would interest me. Kyrie Irving or Anthony Davis would probably top my list (aside from the obvious choices).

Practically speaking, as we all know, his salary is so disproportionately smaller than any comparable player that other pieces would have to be included.

What does this has to do with Lin any way? They play different position and Lin was not even ball dominate. The very few game where Lin was ball dominated, he is the #1 player.

If you want to trade Parsons and get back most value, the window is roughly just half season. After the trade deadline next season, he's pretty much entering the last year of rookie contract and due to a hefty contract next. So he's half season away from being a dramatically different value, unless the trade partner wants a one year rental on bargain.

Unless he become an allstar/superstar, his next contract will not be undervalued anymore. We were so pumped up when AB/Landry having great seasons in their second/third year before...

Fortunately we can wait and see right now.

I'm not sure for who. Maybe for a top 5 2014 lottery pick? I'm not sure. No way the Warriors would trade Harrison Barnes to us. Neither the Heat, Pacers and the Thunder. So i'll say no one. Many of you are thinking maybe Danny Granger, but he's 30 years old. NO.

If Clips really wanted to enter bizarro world and pursue Dwight then a deal of Griffin/CP25 might be doable. 'Throw in' DeAndre/Asik and is it a deal? For me, I'd want Love over Kia.

I would be willing to trade Parsons, but it would have to be a blockbuster trade that brings the Rockets a true superstar. Parsons improved a lot between season one and season two. I think Parsons still has some upside and could be a future all-star caliber player.

Parsons suck because he was drafted in the second round with a cheap contract. The league is good at drafting all the best players in the world in the first round.

He's only playing because his above average looks is driving up ticket sales.

    Danks Les.

Most of these posts are an embarrassment. People laugh at clippy for overrating Clippers players, yet Parsons is worth Lebron, Durant, Melo, etc.?

I could think of 30 players I would trade Chandler for. Stop overrating our role players.

I would trade him for a shot at Wiggins and a vet.

He's at his peak value right now based on his play and time left on such a sweet contract. Trade him while you have the chance and tack Royce White on to the deal too!

Exactly! The homerism on this site is pretty ridiculous. Chandler Parsons is no doubt a great player, but he's not Michael Jordan. There are a lot of other players I would trade him for...in no particular order:

    Russell Westbrook
    CP3
    LBJ
    Durant
    Melo
    Kevin Love
    LaMarcus
    Steph Curry
    DeMarcus Cousins
    Derrick Rose
    Kawhi Leonard
    Deron Williams
    Brook Lopez
    Iggy
    Paul George
    Roy Hibbert
    Damian Lillard
    Anthony Davis
    Kyrie Irving
    John Wall
    Chris Bosh
    Rajon Rondo
    Ty Lawson
    Serge Ibaka
    and yes....
    Harrison Barnes

I have a feeling hea going to get a 4/40 contract when he hits the market. You think morey will match that?
