Under most circumstances, Dwight Howard should never have more post ups than D-Mo.

    And whenever he tries to be strong or aggressive they call an offensive foul. You can't get away with what Shaq did in his prime anymore. This is why Dwight's post up game elevates in the playoffs, when the games become a lot more physical. There a couple of other reasons why Dwight doesn't finish strong (like his poor base), but the refs are the biggest reason.
