Right - except that isn't what she said. She said that the fine line of any agreement called for the Russians to have no restrictions on their weapons or defenses, but that the deal required that Ukraine have severe restrictions on their defenses and weapons and that "people inside Ukraine and outside of Ukraine started really questioning all of it". So - Russia invades Ukraine twice.... then Russia says they will agree to a peace settlement....... where they can defend themselves but the Ukrainians cannot defend themselves...... from a country that has already invaded them twice. If I had to guess, a combination of lack of suitable targets and Russian air defense. Considering that after dozens of attacks on the Kerch land bridge the thing is still standing and in use, and that's with American ATACAMS and other higher end systems in use, that trying to attack other bridges deeper into Russian territory, which can be routed around and in many cases aren't a huge chokepoint to begin with, is not the best and highest use of their limited missile stocks. Attacking ammo depots is much more efficient in comparison, as if only one gets through out of 10, you still land a spectacular hit.
This huge ammo dump reportedly stuffed with ballistic missiles, some recently acquired from North Korea, as well as a host of other armaments that would have been used against Ukraine, is still burning today. This is hundreds of kilometers from Ukraine. Moscow has to be shocked. I hope they choke on it.
