Let's be fair here, both sides think God is on their side. One group believes that they have been promised a certain amount of land to them by God, while the other side believes that God will help them win in the end as long they believe in him enough. Both sides are bat***** crazy.

I wouldn't call Hamas "the Palestinians." That's really unfair to people like Salam Fayyad who are pragmatists trying to build a democratic state.

Equating Hamas with all Palestinians is like equating Ben-Ari with all Israelis. This is from a recent counter demonstration by National Union party, and features MK Michael Ben-Ari's own racist rants. These people, like Hamas, are certain they are right and everyone is wrong because...God and stuff. Oh, and it's absolutely NSFW.

Edit: I failed to mention that it's a counter demonstration to an anti-war rally, so they were there to call everyone there a traitor.
also, I was looking for this:

Inflammatory speech is where you set the bar to define the activities of a terrorist? Hmm..

Not everyone is Hamas or the Kahane-ites in the video I posted. Yet, anyway.

Israelis as a whole are still very secular, as is the core PA leadership. The inevitable problem is that the crazies of both religions are the ones making the most babies and refusing their children any kind of education so it doesn't bode well for the future.

It's all a matter of perspective.

I'm pretty sure Al Qaeda activists would also see members of the Israeli or US government as terrorists.

What people say makes it pretty clear where they stand...

Israel has been engaged in collective punishment long before Nov. 8th as well. International law is pretty clear that the Palestinians do have the right to resist, especially when Israel engages in sieges, assaults, and blockades against them. Also, there was no lull when Israel killed al-Jabari, because it had killed some kids playing soccer in the days before that extra-judicial killing.

The link I posted clearly stated that it was a building that housed international media and that Israel bombed it twice. Please provide some evidence that supports your understanding of the events.

Is there another instance of such a large-scale cyber attack against Israel where over 650 Israeli sites had their databases wiped clean and email addresses and passwords leaked? Anonymous has said that this is just the beginning.

A "right to resist" means firing rockets at civilians in Israel to you?

Lol, I love how the only time you're interested in having a "debate" is when you think you've spotted a flaw in somebody's argument that you can exploit. A right to resist means just that and there are a wide-range of options when it comes to resistance. How the Palestinians go about exercising that right is a strategic choice they have to make. Your problem isn't with me or what I'm saying, it's with international law. Certainly whatever the Palestinians do is nothing compared to the collective punishment, siege, assault, and blockade that has been imposed on the the people of Gaza by the Israeli regime, which you are conveniently silent about. What about civilians on the other side? What about the children who were playing soccer that were killed by Israel, which precipitated this cycle of violence? What about the building housing international media that was bombed by Israel twice? Why don't YOU ever answer any questions?

So you are saying that firing rockets at civilians is part of what you call their "right to resist"?

And yes, it's a huge flaw in your argument, thanks for admitting that.

I notice that you dance around the question.

Are you supporting terrorist actions such as firing rockets at civilians?

As of November, over 1,500 rockets have been fired from Gaza at Israeli civilians.

You avoid any questions that people ask you. Answer the questions I've posed to you. I'm not making an argument, I'm dealing with the facts.

I want AroundTheWorld to answer the following questions.

    Here they are:

Does international law give the Palestinians a right to resist?

Is anything the Palestinians do comparable to the collective punishment, siege, assault, and blockade that has been imposed on the the people of Gaza by the Israeli regime, which you are conveniently silent about?

What about civilians on the other side?

What about the children who were playing soccer that were killed by Israel, which precipitated this cycle of violence?

What about the building housing international media that was bombed by Israel twice? Why don't YOU ever answer any questions?

    Answer these questions.

I'm not going to hold my breath, because you're a joke and everybody knows it. If you don't answer the questions I'm done with you and your Zionist apologetics.

Again, define what you mean by that. They have a right to peaceful demonstrations. That's it. However, you appear to support their terrorist attacks on civilians and seem to think that is covered by whatever you think is their "right to resist".

Israel has a right to defend itself from terrorist attacks.

It's unfortunate that Palestinian gangsters and terrorists use their own people as human shields. Rather than to fight like real men, they hide next to hospitals and schools, knowing full well that Israel exercising its right to defend itself from the terrorist Hamas attacks might result in deaths of civilians on the Palestinian side. Basically, they want that - they want to create "martyrs" on their own side, so that they have ammunition for a propaganda war. It's part of the Islamist ideology.

Here, this one's for you, Kwame:

German guilt? I think maybe if the Allies had kicked the Germans out of Munich and turned it over to the Zionists who then created their own state, he'd probably have a different perspective. It is all about perspective, amirite?!?!

I cannot rep Kwame enough. Your posting abilities are the complete opposite of Kwame Brown's basketball skills.

this is when that story is from.

An interesting view point on the conflict that I am sure will get a lot of hate or whatever. Although the government and attacks can be bad at times, Israel still is a good place with good people throughout. No matter the race, sexuality, or religion, there is still good people in Israel that deserve safety and peace.

This AroundTheWorld guy or girl is a joke. Even when he or she attempts to answer questions, the responses are so disconnected from reality that all you can do is laugh at this clown's show.

I guess clowns can be racists, bigots, and Islmaophobes too
