Ugliest clothes you've seen/worn

I am not a fan of the shorts that women are wearing that go up past their belly buttons, I remember them from the 80s, they were ugly then and they are ugly now.

 

This fad was around like 12 years ago. Girls would wear what I called pirate or peasant shirts. I have no idea what they were really called. They all wore em' though.

 

Am I the only one who gets the urge to cut jeans that are too long when I see one?

Idk...they look good to me. Girls that wear these shorts are usually cute.

 

More horrible 80s fashion back in style, I like my women in shorts that require a trim before wearing out in public.

Hell they could even put an underwire in the top of those shorts for added boob support, not an attractive cut of clothing.
