    Diamonds are the biggest scam ever. I spent 18k for a ring and band and if I did over again I'd rather buy her 18k in designer shoes than that stupid ass ring. The shoes would hold their value better and be easier to sell.

    and you would actually have use for them..

    i mean diamonds got to be one of the things u exchange money for that there are no alternate uses for..

    cars, purses, shoes, clothes...even though they depreciate..you get something else out of it.

    I believe they are referring to well known River Oaks resident and esteemed CF.net member, bigtexxx. He flies around in his helicopter dropping cash on lesser fortunate people in places like West University, Upper Kirby and the Heights.
