I am pretty sure they do, but call and ask to talk with Jordan or go in to their store.

Saw subject line, came in to post but this gentleman and scholar has already said everything I was going to say.

Also to the OP, the forever band alone will cost something like $5K (unless you get it with **** diamonds that'll stand out like cigarette stained teeth next to the main stone), and the rock you described probably cost over $15K alone (and these are like 2005 prices), so there's very little chance together something of that spec can be had for $15K.

But don't you worry about any of those. If your feelings are "ugh" and "I need to", then abort, abort.

I have a co-worker/friend who's sister works in the jewelry biz. She's been working with me on my soon-to-be fiance's engagement ring and she's been awesome. She's worked with me to find the right look, customize if I wanted to. She also has been great on getting me the best for my money.

Here's the beauty I just gave the OK on to be created.

If you're in the market, email me and I'll give you her info. Hit her up and see want she can do for you.

wasnt there an article posted here on Clutchfans about how Diamonds were the biggest con job on the public ever???

If anything get gold bro...that worthless thing called a rock loses value the moment you buy it...much like a cell phone or laptop computer. Instead most men spend so much buying it. I get that women like shiny things, but if thats the case, get gold. Thats a finite product...Heck even consider Rubies, or other rare crystals...

Regardless, best of luck as you start a new phase of life. But if a chick really wants that rock...I hope you get something you both like.

i'm amazed at how much money - thousands! tens of thousands! - a man will spend on A FREAKING ROCK (that really just represnts a downright flagrant disregard for human rights) just to get a woman to marry him. men are supposed to be the logcal ones? steady sex, i guess. ugh, not like women are any better. all that **** depresses me

Meh... It is a one time purchase that can last for 50+ years if you remain a couple. I don't recommend someone working at Taco Bell dropping 5K on a ring, but dropping 10-25K for a ring if you make a good income is fine.

I spent a decent amount on my wife's ring (actually found receipt other day and more than I remembered) and don't regret it at all. It has made my wife's life easier (women notice an expensive wedding ring) and my life easier as well.

It's your gender that bust men's balls over it. If women weren't so enamored with a symbol of one's love, that they'd like to wear a fortune on their finger as a way to show off, instead of caring about real things, then men wouldn't do it.

I'm with you... it's not supposed to be about a ring. But, like others have hinted, it's the "standard" in today's society. Plus, it's somehow become a status symbol of how much a guy really loves her amongst her friends, etc. If he buys a small/cheap ring, he must not love her as much or he's not a great catch. That's the impression I get. But, I have the same feelings about having these huge, lavish weddings that cost thousands and thousands as well.

I'm freaking blessed my girlfriend thinks the same way I do though. But, she's never been married and I WANT to do that for her and surprise her. But, considering her stance on it (and mine), I'm not dropping thousands on the ring I'm getting. The one I posted above I'm paying, at most, $1200 depending on if I get real diamonds (which she doesn't like) as accents or not. Granted, I'm getting a really good deal as the jeweler is really working with me. It's more about the fact we get to spend the rest of our lives together and gotta think of where that money can go towards our marriage and future instead of one piece of jewelry.

1200 is fantastic for the look of that ring.

Feel the same was as nook. Do something for her if it makes her feel nicer about it. It's not the only thing, but it still makes a difference

    Can always earn more later.

Actually, this is the ring I went with instead, same price.... Again, the girl I've been working with on this has been awesome!! Her name is Araceli. And again, if anyone want to see how she may be able to help you too, here's her email address (araarroyo3@gmail.com).
