A former intelligence official turned whistleblower has given Congress and the Intelligence Community Inspector General extensive classified information about deeply covert programs that he says possess retrieved intact and partially intact craft of non-human origin.

The information, he says, has been illegally withheld from Congress, and he filed a complaint alleging that he suffered illegal retaliation for his confidential disclosures, reported here for the first time.

Other intelligence officials, both active and retired, with knowledge of these programs through their work in various agencies, have independently provided similar, corroborating information, both on and off the record.

The whistleblower, David Charles Grusch, 36, a decorated former combat officer in Afghanistan, is a veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He served as the reconnaissance office’s representative to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force from 2019-2021. From late 2021 to July 2022, he was the NGA’s co-lead for UAP analysis and its representative to the task force.

The task force was established to investigate what were once called “unidentified flying objects,” or UFOs, and are now officially called “unidentified anomalous phenomena,” or UAP. The task force was led by the Department of the Navy under the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. It has since been reorganized and expanded into the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office to include investigations of objects operating underwater.

Grusch said the recoveries of partial fragments through and up to intact vehicles have been made for decades through the present day by the government, its allies, and defense contractors. Analysis has determined that the objects retrieved are “of exotic origin (non-human intelligence, whether extraterrestrial or unknown origin) based on the vehicle morphologies and material science testing and the possession of unique atomic arrangements and radiological signatures,” he said.

In filing his complaint, Grusch is represented by a lawyer who served as the original Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG).

“We are not talking about prosaic origins or identities,” Grusch said, referencing information he provided Congress and the current ICIG. “The material includes intact and partially intact vehicles.”

So he is not an actual eyewitness to any of it? He was only told via the testimony of others? Well, at least he said he is not making it up.

 

Correct. Not an eyewitness, but an official head honcho of the US gov't agency.

 

That doesn't mean much because he didn't see any of it (the actual ships or documents). Unless I misheard, his position in his gov't agency did not have anything to do with what he is claiming. I'll watch that video again to see.

Statistically speaking and looking at the conditions for life as we know it is the opposite, as we are a relative statistical anomaly.

 

We continue to discover life on this planet growing in places we never thought it could thrive before. There's no consensus in science behind either one of our positions, but I'm more persuaded by the idea argument that Earth is not the sole home to life in the universe.

 

Very true and just to add to your comment,

Imagine having a bag filled with different colored marbles, but you can only see and examine one marble. The color of this marble represents Earth's existence with life. Now, based on just that one marble, it would be difficult to determine whether it is a unique color (statistical anomaly) or one that is relatively common among all the marbles in the bag (representing the universe).

To confidently conclude whether Earth's life is a statistical anomaly, you would need to examine a larger sample size of marbles to see if there are more marbles of the same color (other planets with life). Without this additional information, it is challenging to make a definitive statement about the statistical rarity or commonality of life in the universe.

Similarly, since we have only one known planet with life (our "marble"), we cannot accurately determine whether it is statistically rare or not without a larger sample size (more planets with life).

 

Interesting. What if you had, say, a rather large bag with two muscular marbles and both have produced life? What’s the determination?

I understand that nothing can be conclusively proved with current technology and that other articles always say there is a possibility but it feels like the Dumb and Dumber "so there's a chance" meme than a rel statistical likelihood.

 

The other side of this discussion (including guys like Carl Sagan) aren't and weren't just saying "there's a chance" Dumb and Dumber style. If it were merely that, there would be consensus. There's not any.
