Human Growth Hormone. It makes all of your organs grow, so it pushes out the abs. You'll see the same thing at any of the dirty, dark bodybuilder gyms.

LOL holy crap I thought Liddell was going to put up a better fight... But I'm not surprised Jackson was going to kick his A$^ ...

Can't believe people on this forum thought Liddell was going to beat Jackson

Pride fighter VS UFC fighter = Pride

Knockouts are what is making ufc more popular than boxing.

Depends on weight class. Welterweight is all UFC.

Holy crap, Dan Henderson vs. Rampage. Looks like Rampage won't keep the belt long... just a hunch. :)

I've never really given UFC a chance outside of my sophomore year in college where two guys laid on each other for about 25 minutes. Until tonight. I am officially hooked.

    Ayoooooooooooooooo!!! RAMPAGE!!!!!!

That was awesome. Did anyone else catch Lidell asking, "where the hell am I?" after the fight?

Oh, and we immediately adopted Houston Alexander as our fighter of the night when we saw his name. For a 30 second fight, that was pretty exciting. I can't even begin to imagine how much a knee to the throat followed by a right hand to the jaw would feel. I'm pretty sure I'd spit out my mouthpiece as well.

I officially love UFC. Can't wait til Belfast.

I just hope MMA doesn't get to big for it's own good.

    Come on Oscar, save boxing.

You really should see if you can find some of the better fights in Pride and UFC from the past maybe 3-5 years. Some of them are incredible to watch. The fight card tonight wasn't all that great to be honest because most of the fights were done in a blink. If you're into knockouts or quick stoppages for fear of death (lol), it wasn't a bad night.

Houston Alexander's win was a major upset. The guy came from some minor league MMA outfit - he's a DJ in Nebraska or something for crying out loud. Jardine isn't the greatest fighter, but he was highly-regarded.

That's what all my friends who are into it have been telling me. It's not just that first fight I watched, but something else about the sport that I can't put my finger on that's rubbed me the wrong way. My buddy who I watched it with tonight (along with his wife who was absurdly accurate at picking the winners) told me that he's going to show me all the recent good fights.
