    WOW!! Frank was DONE, he couldn't defend himself. Nog should have checked his ego and continued to rain shots and not try to win the "Battle of the Submission Artists" with a guilotine. Literally seeing his arm pop was unreal

    Mir's an absolute savage!

    The first fighter to EVER submit Big Nog, who's been grinding since '99. Masterful sweep by Mir, then pulled off a kimura (which requires an immense amount of strength to complete) on a 6'3'' 240 lb. BJJ black belt.

    Of course the first man to submit Big Nog had to literally break his arm. That was sick, Mir was looking silly on his feet for a moment. If Big Nog just kept up the ground and pound Dean probably stops the fight.
