Man, are you sure about that LK? The only way I see Forrest winning is by submission. We'll see.

Yeah, I know its a little far fetched, but I just have a feeling about it. I think Forrest is going to stand up and throw with Spider. I'm sure thats why Dana chose Forrest to be Silva's opponent. After his last fights being snooze fests, he's going to come out aggressive, and we all know how aggressive forrest is. I just think Forrest is going to catch him and drop him.

BJ - RNC (KenFlo's BJJ is good but BJ's superior)
Spider - TKO (Best srtiker in MMA)
Amir - Armbar (Sambo fighter so i assume this would be a submission)
Da Spyda - KO (Big reach advantage)
Kurt Pellegrino - Will dominate the standup

Kenny if you could make my wish come true by knocking out BJ Penn out of the ballpark, I would be the happiest boy in wonderland....

I am intersted in seeing how Penn bounces back from the lost to GSP (whom Penn has accused of being a roider). Anyone else tuning in?

I dont watch much Silva fights, but how often and how well does he going up a weight class? Griffin's a natural 205 so I cant expect enormous odds against him.

Silva is way too quick for Forrest. Forrest is either gonna get rocked with a quick strike like James Irvin or he's gonna get caught in a clinch with brutal knees like Franklin.

Penn is going to submit K-flo.

LOL dammit thats rights we're a day ahead of you guys my bad, I got all excited thinking I would get to see Silva v Forest today :(

Thanks for that TheGreat, guess I'll post back my thoughts in around 24 hours  but yeah really looking forward to see how Penn comes back also after being dominated by GSP, im rooting for K-Flo via KO though  and as for Silva vs Forest, I really like them both so won't be sad to either one win, Silva's last 2 fights have been uneventful because he likes to react and Forest is the perfect guy to fight him as Forest is definitely going to 'bring it'.

    Can't wait!

I got money riding on all these fights with the most on anderson silva. THis is my betting record since I started betting 13-4. Here are my picks for 101:

    Main Card:

Lightweight Championship bout: B.J. Penn (c) vs Kenny Florian

Light Heavyweight bout: Anderson Silva vs Forrest Griffin

Welterweight bout: Amir Sadollah vs Johny Hendricks

Middleweight bout: Kendall Grove vs Ricardo Almeida

Lightweight bout: Josh Neer vs Kurt Pellegrino

    Under Card

Lightweight bout: Shane Nelson vs Aaron Riley

Welterweight bout: Tamdan McCrory vs John Howard

Middleweight bout: Thales Leites vs Alessio Sakara

Welterweight bout: Matt Riddle vs Dan Cramer

Lightweight bout: George Sotiropoulos vs George Roop

Welterweight bout: Jesse Lennox vs Danillo Villefort

The only problem with Amir Sadollah is he weighed in at 166.5 which is almost 5-6 pounds lighter then what Johnny Hendricks weighed in at, its a big difference

I'm going to go with The Spider for the big fight. I like Forrest, but he hasn't impressed me with his skill so much as his heart. I agree with Legend Killer about Dana picking him because he won't back away. It isn't a huge jump for Anderson to move up a weight class either.

I just think it will be a great fight that will end up showcasing both Forrest's heart and Spider's skill. I got Silva with a TKO. If its possible I think both fighters will come out looking good in the end. Great match up.
