Federer is very skilled but with the lack of a real rival, his matches are really boring in my opinion

I think if Nalbandian can knock off Federer, it would leave the door wide open for Agassi

I wouldn't bet on Fed losing to Nalb tonight. Fed's motivated.

Understand you are an Agassi fan, but don't you wish Andre leaves his legacy on a high note, win or lose? :)

Federer's biggest threat is Marat Safin, no one else can play with Roger. When Safin has his head on and is in form, it's anyone's match.

Federer put on a tennis clinic against Nalbandian. Game, set, match. Next?

    Hewitt has no shot.

Time for Hewitt to receive his grand slam pummeling from Federer (becoming something of a tradition isn't it?). But i never say who will win (as tennis is way too unpredictable for me), only who SHOULD win, and Federer SHOULD win.

Agassi is playing like a man 10 years younger than he is. I just wonder if his body can hold up after so many 5 set matches. Federer is not going to give Agassi an opening like those other players. I don't think Agassi will win it if Federer gets past Hewitt (which I think he will).

Is anyone watching the Federer match? The guy is making it look so easy.

Agassi would be hard-pressed to beat Federer even if he was the same age as him.... age really has nothing to do with it.

Its the fact that right now, nobody is playing better tennis than Roger Federer... he's almost like the best of Sampras and the best of Agassi combined.

Federer is showing some mental weakness right now. But then again, when I watch him play, I feel like he's playing down to the competition. Otherwise it would be too boring for him. Hewitt is playing well too, but when you see Federer about to lose the set 3 times in a roll and come back without so much of a sweat, you gotta think this guy knows he's going to win, it's just a matter of when.

Yeah but I don't think most people consider Federer vs. Safin a major rivalry.

Well we have it, Agassi vs. Federer.

Can Agassi pull out another dream match against the best male player? We'll see how it plays out.

Clijsters vs. Pierce in the woman's finals.

My mind says Clijsters should win her first major but something tells me Pierce may have a great game in her.

Federer didn't look to pleased with his victory. I agree that he seems to play down to his competition. I thought Hewitt played really well, but i wouldn't say Roger was playing as his usual self. He looked absolutely dejected towards the end of the match, as if he were losing.

Hopefully he'll bring the goods and we can see a great final-looking forward to it!

How bout that tie breaker? damn!! 7 zip!!

    Agassi - Federer...hmmm....

I think Federer will come out on top tomorrow. However, I also think Agassi can play with Federer. Agassi's return game is still one of the best, if not THE best in the game, and Federer will have to work hard for his points. He won't get too many service winners or easy points (at least not early in the match).

I don't think Agassi will have the stamina to stay on the court for a long match though. Hopefully he won't wear down too bad and the match will be a good one. We'll see.....

Pierce is looking cool as ice out there and very sharp, and Clijsters is trying to shed the "Best Female Player Never to Win a Major" label.

Clijsters very well may be feeling a lot of pressure. I wouldn't be surprised to see Pierce take the first set handily before Clijsters settles into the match.

Clijsters actually makes women's tennis entertaining. Also Henin-Hardenne. That's about it.

I'm going to enjoy watching Federer violate Agassi in the worst possible way. I hope Federer will finally push Agassi into retirement.
