We can't block shots, we can't get rebounds when they matter, and we sure as hell can't play go to anyone down the stretch and expect them to deliver.

The Rockets turn close games into 8+ point losses down the stretch because they don't have these things.

The problem with him is that he is not a very good rebounder. He likes to steal rebounds like Juwon Howard.

i guess people are content with scola and his stellar defense. if hes a good value then all is well right?

nevermind sorry for hurting your feelings scola fans. obviously u think defense is overrated and not concerned at all with an all crappy defense player playin alongside yao who needs weakside defense protection

He can be useful as an off the bench scorer who tries to hustle but his rebounding and defense is subpar.

What the hell, it has nothing to do with being a Scola fan or anything, just that if you can come up with a better alternative at 3 mill per, then you go take Morey's job.

"Big defensive shotblocking 4s" don't grow on trees. Neither do "fast-breaking, hustling, charge-taking, nice-touch, good-moves, decent-passing, character" 4s. Seriously, Scola may be the least of the worries the Rockets have.

Scola has flaws but he is the least of our problems. He's our only starter we can count on to be healthy and we know what we will get form him nightly. I'm fine with him starting but I'd like t see Landry get more playing time because I believe he can be very effective with more minutes.

Scola is great, he hustles, plays his role and is a smart basketball player, he should get more minutes...

You sure it's not because he doesn't dunk and give out highlight reel blocks? Do you suggest we re-sign Stromile Swift?
