    They're showing the fight. only a $5 cover charge.

    I think so. Its at 610 and I-10. I've never been there, but my buddy tells me its there.

    I've got two friends (one of which posts here) who are coming with me. We'll be there at 8pm... 3 indian guys rootin' for Iron Mike.

    I would go to SRO except that after working there for 5+ years and breathing in all that second hand smoke they probably robbed me of another 5 years... then again it is the 5 years at the end of my life. :D
    They will probably "black bag" the upstairs or one of the back rooms by the kitchen.

    Actually, my parents live near SRO. I live right by the Galleria, as do my buddies. So we're heading to Jillian's instead. Maybe next time fellas.

    Either way, we're all in for a hell of an evening!

    Its over in NW Houston. If you are coming from downtown Houston, take 290 NW (towards Austin). Then take Beltway 8 N. Take the Gessner exit and turn left on Gessner. Youll hit 249 (@ Willowbrook Mall). Turn left on the 249 feeder (McDonalds right there) and the next light is 1960. Take a right. Youll go through a few lights (past Best Buy and Pappasitos) before you get to Cutten Rd. Take a left on Cutten and SRO will be right there on your immediate right.

    Let me know for sure if you or anyone else is going. If not, Im staying home and eating steak.

    Well, me and my friends are definitely going to SRO NW.

    drapg, I guarantee you that you will HATE Jillians. Jillians on the weekends is teenage kids, like from 12-18 running around. There's a bowling alley there, as well as pool tables, and tons of video games, obviously. This is kid haven. I think they don't have an age limit until around 10PM.

    So, unless you want to be distrurbed by a bunch of kids, and wannabe thug gangstas, I'd stay far away from Jillians on the weekends.

    codell, I don't know what time my friends and I are coming. But we will be there. We aren't going to stay long after the fight, it's drinking night tonight. But tell me what you look like, and I'll look for you.
