I'm not CBA expert, but I think if chicago matches an offer, they can't trade the player for a year or something like that?

The key to getting Chandler is finding enough compensation to give the Bulls in a sign&trade deal. The Rockets have so many expiring contracts any salary they give Chandler can work work. I'd be willing to give up 3 #1s, but I'm not sure if Chicago will do that.

As for the money needed for Chandler, probably in the Boozer neighborhood of 6yrs/$60+ mil. Is it worth it? If Chandler's health checks out, then definitely.

they can't be traded to the team that originally signed him for 1 year. He can be traded to other teams, but the player has to approve of it (during the first year)

How much does a championship mean to you. Tyson?

I think our most important chip is the chance to win a champsionship. But at such a young age (is he 23?), Chandler will probably go for the green first. :(
