Good for Evans. McGrady was a great player, and there's a good chance he will again be a very good player. I'm glad the Rockets are looking to trade him too, but there's no point in denying the reality that he has been a terrific basketball player, even in his days as a Rocket.

That's like saying I am very talented and I don't have to bust my ass to work out.

Well, actually most players in the league are like that. Only few are really talented.

Tmac has the best skills. Many players admire Tmac.

I've only seen a few Kings games. The first time I saw Tyreke play I thought to myself, "Hmmn, this guy plays like McGrady". I've said before that Im a fan of McGrady, but not in a typical fan kind a way. Im a fan of his only because of the way he plays. There are few players in this league who you can give the ball to, and you know they will make the right play. Its almost like they are playing in a scripted game.

Evans, Budinger, & Durant play a style of basketball that isn't conducive to winning.

I hope he never ends up on a team with Yao. I would hate to see him get railroaded as the scapegoat.

That doesn't mean he's mentally weak like Tmac.. I say we trade for him..

Tmac plus mentally strong = championship!

Ironic if Evans happens to injure his back or knee.

Maybe their arena has depth perception issues.

Tyreke is my favorite player to come out of the draft in many years. Just a great all around talent. The guy is going to be a "special player".

LOL I doubt there was point in time this was ever true, even in Tmac's prime. Yes in his prime Tmac was more talented than Kobe, but even in his prime Tmac was lazy on D, and he never really worked on his jumper or how to move without the ball the way Kobe did.

Kobe on the other hand came prepared for war from day 1. He was arrogant and didn't trust PJ's triangle, but even as a young player you cannot deny Kobe's will to win, mental composure and dedication to bball.

Hard work>talent when talent doesn't work hard, and unfortunately for Tmac not only was Kobe hard working he had talent in spades as well.
