Ty Lawson on working with James Harden and what Steph Curry wont get away with again..

We tried. It didn't work. Keeping him feels a lot like admitting the season is done.

 

Ty Lawson and Marcus Thornton bring no defense to this team and very little playmaking.

Morey can't seriously expect to go deep in the playoffs with guys this incompetent.

I'm expecting Morey to make deals, because this season isn't lost just yet.

Keep Harden, Howard, Ariza, Bev, Terry (why not?), Brewer, Capella, Smith, and DMO

Everyone else... needs to go. I'd contemplate letting go Brewer, Jones, Lawson, KJ, picks for something of substantial upgrade.

 

I am wondering why someone would give us something substantial for this pile of soiled underwear you are offering.

A minute to go in the first half, Harden and Bev iced Curry hard off a screen and Curry got flustered and threw it away.

Odd thing was it apparently went off Ariza since GS got possession but it isn't credited as a turnover and thus, not in the box score of NBA.com. I had to go through the game footage again.

This needs to be something we do on the regular we have the bodies for it.

Ty did not get away with playing bad

 

Turned out to be a bad fit, and proved that with Harden you cant match him with another ball dominant PG. Sucks especially bad because of the draft pick implications, but there really wasnt a motivating force on the team for Ty. Nothing to play for. Dudes clocked out a long time ago, and now its just going through the motions. We'll see if he gets picked up by a playoff team.

 

Lawson is all talk, just like how he talked his way out of going to jail.
