I don't remember reading about this when it came out, but this is an incredible story. And a video to sweeten the deal.... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/XI2RbVimZK0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Paragraphs two through four are just horrible reporting. The third one is just meaningless. Irony and extraneous dialogue have just destroyed journalism.
I remember reading about this years ago. The one that got hit by the truck lives in the US. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ursula_and_Sabina_Eriksson
The 'journalism' is from cracked.com. Its not meant to be graded by an English professor. If you want to complain about the writing, then read the actual news article on the incident. http://www.thisisstaffordshire.co.u...tory-12510696-detail/story.html#axzz2KaeRx5WP
The journalism is an attempt to report actual events, which the non-linked and non-cited article in your OP does a genuinely horrible job at. If you need readers to forgive the crappy writing of passages you appropriate in your posted thread, add a link per the very basic rules of this board.
I've seen people act the exact same way in fhe United States after they were haunted by the memory that they voted for Obama.
