    Fab Melo:
This guy is averaging 7pts, 6rebs, and 3 blocked shots in 22 minutes and is the reason why the Orangemen are ranked #1. A legit 7 footer who has a great work ethic and tremendous upside. Only question is will he go pro. Right now, he's a projected late 1st round pick according to nbadraft.net. If he gets healthy and shines in the tourney, people will start to talk about him as a late lotto pick. http://nbadraft.net/players/fab-melo

    Gorgui Dieng:
This guy is averaging 10pts, 10rebs, and 3.5 blocked shots in 31 minutes. He's 6'11", still raw, but has a lot of upside and he's been a force for Louisville. Right now, he's not projected to be a 1st round pick, but if he has a good tourney, that could change. http://nbadraft.net/players/gorgui-dieng

At the very least, these two merit consideration with one of our 2nd round picks (assuming either comes out). If we fall short of the playoffs and get stuck with the #14, one of these players could have risen up draft boards enough to merrit consideration. Sadly, both players could use another year in college, but ...

I wonder if Fab Melo will be as effective playing in a man-to-man defense with the NBA 3 second defense rule.

I've watched a few of his games. He would take a little time to develop, butI'd like to see him on the team.

Mason Plumlee would also be a good pick near late first round.

    White and atheletic
