It's kind of like asking 'what do you want to do on the internet?' It depends on your interests. I follow some news sites for breaking news like @CNNbrk, @BreakingNews. Some comedy/entertainment people like Aziz Ansari and Kevin Smith. Lots of tech pundits/news/websites like LifeHacker, Andy Ihnatko, Jason Calacanis, etc. Shopping feeds from Woot and DealsPlus. Lots of sports feeds, particularly NBA reporters - Twitter was the first place for every latest piece of news and rumor near the trade deadline. And nearly every major dj/producer in drum & bass. BTW, at the very least you could follow our very own @ClutchFans.
