[Twitter Rumor] 3-way talks with Chicago, Houston and Utah?

As I mentioned, it can be <i>Seasoned for Taste</i> if you think Chicago is getting too good of a deal or Houston isn't getting enough.


Miller is a 33 year Center that can give a productive 30 minutes a night. He is also entering the final year of his contract which fits with Yao being out this upcoming season.

I don't see Cook as being part of the rotation and getting other teams to throw in some cash to help dispose of his contract is a benefit.

Yeah, but what I am so angry about this rumor is not the fact that Shane is leaving, but the fact that the value of Shane Battier is way better than we can get from this trade. we can get much better things by sending shane, who can be the last piece for every championship team. If we gonna trade shane with Bulls, then we must get Hinrich for minimum, and trade him to Jazz, no hell no to jazzholes.

so i like tyrus thomas, but i think keeping battier is a better option, because battier is our glue on defense....

tyrus thomas, i've always tried to like him, he's sorta like stromile swift...and being like stromile swift, i mean that's not a good thing. i don't have empirical evidence to back it up, but based on watching him play, i haven't seen anything that impressive to get him for battier..

i didn't even see that landry would be included in the deal, and i understand landry's expendable, but him AND battier for tyrus thomas? why??

fesenko, don't know who he is, but i'm assuming he's good if this trade's gonna be considered a somewhat decent deal for us?

 

You want a superstar on the roster next year and keep Scola then this trade might do it! Remeber we are not contending for a title but setting up everything for the Summer of 2010!

Ty Thomas has the potential to be a star in the right system and the 7 footer from Utah is a project but with potential...

 

I dont even consider guys like Richard Jefferson a star, and I know for a fact Thomas wont ever get to Richard's ceiling

hope this trade happens. another big body to fill in space won't hurt and i have a feeling tyrus thomas will only get better. and in our run-n-gun offense next season, he'd be a perfect fit.

 

Salary dump obviously, getting ready to make a big splash next summer. Both Thomas and FensakO(?) is expiring. Don't expect them to be re-signed next year. Yeah, Tyrus Thomas ain't a shooting star, don't be fooling yourself.

 

not to mention shedding off some salary. it's almost perfect.

Wasn't there a rumor earlier about them getting Amare and giving up Hinrich to the Blazers in a 3 way deal..

 

it makes sense if morey sais he's aiming towards the future even though i dont wanna trade landry and battier.... this must mean were gonna resign wafer to start with ariza.... or t-mac is coming back sooner then expected.... if we do get fesenko and ty thomas wouldn't be too bad.... i'd just look to trade fesenko and cook for spencer hawes.... if only that could happen.... only in fantasy....
