If we're going to run, Tyrus Thomas would fit in absolutely perfectly.

Utah wants to salary, in this deal they are taking on 16 million while only giving up 12.7 for Boozer. It defeats the entire prupose of why they want to dump Boozer. It puts them another 3.3 million into Luxary Tax????

Add to the fact that we get ass raped on talent if this were legit it kinda makes the Andersen signing seem rather pointless. Why sign a 29 year old center if you are looking to completely strip for salary cap and rebuild?

This trade is bogus. There is not J.James on Houston, Utah, or Chicago.

I have to hope that SportsUnplugged twitter is run by the evil and rumor mongering Sam Smith out of Chicago... because I don't like this trade.

I never did like Tyrus Thomas as a player or a person... Landry and Battier are not worth giving up to get him. Fesenko isn't bad but I definitely don't think he's worth giving up those two players to get him.

    So we'd trade
    draft06 #8 + draft07 #31 for draft06 #4 + draft07 #38
    :)

    I dont buy this trade..

Just doesn't seem like a morey trade.

Ty Thomas just dont seem like a morey guy especially to give up both Battier and Landry for him..

+ the source can't even spell Landry right.. its twitter so i'll pass on this until its official.

Kyrylo Fesenko Aggressive rebounder and shot blocker who prefers to operate from the perimeter offensively.

Sounds like an Adelman type center

I concur with you. Tyrus is more athletic than Landry and a slightly better overall player but he smells "malcontent" to me,because he doesn't seem to have a good work ethic. Landry should stay. I'm in favor of trading Battier for the right deal, but not for this. If Utah were to give us the unprotected Knicks pick, then I could swallow it with some reservations.

except Adelman never had, as a starter, a shot blocker, nor an agressive rebounder with Divac, Sabonis, Webber or Miller...

Utah won't agree to this either. It's a made up story by some Bulls fan.
