If we had Ben Simmons chances our we would be having to put with him whining about winning and asking to get traded to a contender... No one wants to earn $hit anymore... Everyone wants to pick a destination they like and win, even Aaron Gordon over here acting like he Harden....

We could have flipped the assets from Philly to a team for more than what we got in return for sending Harden to BK. It does not matter if Simmons fits or doesn't teams would have given up a lot more for him than the pile of garbage we ended up with.

Ben Simmons himself Said I don't want to be traded to Houston.

So he wouldve been traded this Deadline, if he was on the Rockets. Probably traded to the Clippers or Lakers.

It is a Star League Only. Front Office has to send them wherever they want to go.

people seem to not get this.

we just didn’t get lucky like the Pelicans did but when you think about it. Ingram isn’t even that great and Lonzo sucks

So Tillman thinks with his ego rather than his pockets.

Uh... Usually those things are hand-in-hand.

... Why the **** did he buy this team?

He saw China Money - That is Gone

He saw a Huge Crowd - That is Gone

Restaurant and Casino Money - That is Gone

Tillman Fertitta could go into Debt at this Pace

I dont see Tillman Fertitta Owning the Team Years down the Line especially if the Rockets dont get the Top 4 Pick this year.

Cade Cunningham is a Money Maker, National TV and Jersey Sales. Tillman sees Dollar Signs instead of Competing.

It's really astonishing the hate some folks are grasping onto on this forum.

As if all their hate shouldn't be focused toward the guy still here.

    Oh well.

Maybe into year 8 of the rebuild and laughing stock of an organisation we've become, will they finally start to take notice.

I thought we were originally ecstatic about the pick haul we recieved? What happened since then that flipped the whole trade on its head?

Dipo made since here when we were on a winning streak. Then injuries happened. Now we are better off losing every game so might as well send him off.

I saw in another thread someone ranting about Levert. Dude is 26 and still cant shoot. We probably would have been better off with him than Dipo, but I see it as a wash. Again though, before the injuries, this trade made sense.
