    T-Will's absents - 3/10/2012

I think he wants to get cut from the Rockets so HE CAN PICK where HE PLAYS and STILL GET PAID by the Rockets AND the new team.

(He is smarter than you think)

Rockets team has the flu going around, Bullard has it, hopefully Bill Worrell doesn't have it.

Terrence clearly has an attitude problem and he has no place in this league. He can rant and rave on his twitter about 'proving his haterz wrong' but we all know that this league is built strongly on an ethic of hard work.

Gerald Green set the precedent for Terrence Williams. Maybe Williams will have a wake up call someday like Green apparently has had.

No he can't. Blatche is terrible, and i would rather keep Scola till he's 40 before I trade for garbage ass Blatche.

Your right I can't spell; I am NOT defending him; The league is based on winning, too (he does have talent + right place + right time = a ring for him and the team he goes to)
All that said does not mean I am wrong and I like what he is tring to do. I think he is a POS for being like this. All I am tring to do is point it out to others.

A trade would just hurt him now - SO he is making himself untradeable

Watch he will be ring chasing on the Rockets dime. The other team pays a pro-rated minmum or 10 contract. -ie he will make a play-off team better than us BECAUSE he is better than (now or after the trade deadline) the Lakers' and Heat's back-up point gaurd. He is better than MOST back-up points gaurds, shooting gaurds, small forwards in the league AND even SOME starters.

one star or not this is only reason for the way he is acting

I've never seen a guy who is 7-8th (at best) on the team he is on bringing a championship to a team because he will have a reasonable contract due to his lack of playing time throughout his career. Rashad McCants is a very good analogy for where T-Will fits in to the NBA - tons of talent, bit of a head case, believes that he is better than half the NBA, and doesn't get playing time because of completely uncontrollable circumstances.

I do not agree with your point that he is trying to make himself untradeable. I think he is trying to get cut. Big difference. He wants to choose where he goes, and make more money. Yes, he thinks he will be making more money.

In a buyout situation heres how it works. Lets say out of the 2.3 MM the Rockets owe him this year they have yet to pay him 1.5 of it that runs till December of this year. He can arrange a buyout with the Rockets to walk for 1.3 MM and the Rockets save 200K. Then Terrence turns around and signs a contract with say the Cleveland Cavaliers or whoever he thinks will give him a deal for 900K.

At least this is what I believe Terrence is trying to do. He knows he will be moved from the Rockets, and doesn't want to be here anyways. He has already publicly bashed the front office on Twitter for crying out loud, and is picking fights with Rockets fans on Twitter. I think he is trying his hardest to get cut, and NOT get traded.

I think Gerald Green is a good comparison. Twill could probably put up some good numbers on a team like the Nets as the number one option. Of course that team would lose at home to a mediocre Rockets team on a 5 game losing streak, but there would be some nice highlights.

I dont think Terrence has the mental toughness to fight and claw his way back on an NBA team from the D-League. Green has to work his butt off to get back, and really worked on his game. Terrence hasn't shown that character trait so far, and has seemed rather entitled to get what he has gotten so far.

Maybe Im wrong and he will fight his way back in the league, but the league has a tendency to blacklist players like Terrence, McCants, Wells, Rider, etc. Its exteremely difficult to get back once your "out of the club" even if you do have high level talent.
