I kind of doubt it. Trey has been almost exclusively directing episodes since season 2, but Matt was typically involved in a good bit of the writing, and then he just vanished after season 11... when things started to go downhill for me at least. I guess it makes sense, having listened to them both, I tend to like Stone's humor more.
whoops, I just looked at the directing, not the writing then that may be the case Stone is definitely the smarter of the 2
HUMANCENTIPAD IS MADE OUT OF ASS EATING PEOPLE!!! OH GOD!!! WHY?!?! WHY STEVE BLOWJOBS? WHY? DAMN YOU!!! I DIDN'T READ iTUNES TERMS AND CONDITIONS, EITHER! WHO READS THOSE THINGS? AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! typed from my iPad 1 modded to run off of vagina connected scissoring lesbians...VAGINASCISSOPAD!
The only part I laughed was the council meeting. Hating on a popular gadget and user end agreements are old jokes.
They need to focus more on town-centric episodes involving the kids and Stan Marsh, Mr. Garrison, etc. and keep the pop culture references to a minimum.
Randy Marsh*. His character seems to be getting better as the show drops off. Loved the episode where he fights random dads at the baseball game and the one where he finds the cure for spontanous combustion.
I think they were trying to poke fun at Comedy Central's own new Comedy Awards thing? But... nobody cares about it, so it wasn't funny. Almost like an inside joke for 30-40 Comedy Central employees. And they got the Tyler Perry thing wrong. White people love Tyler Perry. The white people should have been laughing and Token should have been annoyed.
Another forgettable episode...been so disapointed.. since they make the episodes sometime in a one week time span I was hoping for a OBL and randy marsh way too enthusiastic angle.. I do agree that the episode was an inside joke for the comedy awards on CC that aired like 3 weeks ago...lame
Ditto as for the episode, it was nothing great, got a few chuckles here and there but they beat the joke into the ground within a few mins in.
