They were just about to jump into the BTK killer.

I'm not sure how this was the case, but what I remember hearing was that it was a very, very expensive show to make...David Fincher has said he'd do more but just doesn't see it ever happening. Which sucks.

 

Freaks and Geeks. Arrested Development

 

Stargate Universe: I miss Greer and Rush.


V (New Version). Not executed well but I really liked it

 

Freaks and Geeks definitely deserved another season, but it's a perfectly-realized story as-is.

I think the Arrested Development Netflix run proved they shouldn't have rebooted.

 

Both of these shows were sadly a disappointment. SGU was just a bunch of people b****ing all the time and V had Morena Baccarin in her peak-body-dysmorphia-phase with short hair and massively overdone trout pout.

 

I think I'm gonna keep watching "Duster"

Those 2 are not comparable but yeah that movie with Kurt Russell and Spader was ahead of its time.

Escape from Space.

 

HBO cancelled what I consider to be an outstanding series, Perry Mason. It lasted two seasons and should still be running. The quality of the acting and the writing is superb. Based on Mason's gritty early years and how the WWI veteran became a lawyer, it has little to do with the TV series. Definitely MA.
