I think Viserys declaring to the people present during Vaemond's scene, that Rhaenyra's kids were his grandsons or whatever, was pretty much his way of legitimizing the children. And to bring it up again after the fact, is treasonous. It's so plainly obvious to everyone that those kids aren't Laenor's kids, but Viserys knows he has to keep the peace for the sake of his House.

The way he walked reminded me of mines, my old man just wouldn't give up until the casket dropped. Regardless he is an excellent actor to make us feel past trauma in this manner.

clubfoot guy having a foot fetish and the queen going along with it was the most f'ed up thing so far in the series. that was just f***ing weird. i lost all respect and sympathy for the queen after that. she does have nice feet though. and WTF rhaenys! she could have ended the whole thing right there. could have wiped out all the a**holes in one second (i would miss eye-patch edgar winter though). instead she murdered scores of innocent, poor city folk who were just minding their own business and going about their day when they were forced to go this sham ceremony. and she murdered them! what is her thinking there? it couldnt have been an intimidation tactic b/c she knows they have dragons too. she has to know that they arent going to not go through with making psycho-boy the king. why even do that if youre not going to kill them all? she could have claimed the iron throne for herself right there. each episode makes me hate cole more and more. he is achieving a joffery level of hatred for me.
Great Episode. Between Aegon's illegitimate children fighting in the pits of Flea Bottom to the Queen selling foot jerks for info, we had a number of wow moments. One simple Dracarys and its game over. I'm ready for the finale and next season already.
I'm thinking, if she burned all of them like that, it's open season on the claim to the thrown. Not just Hightower vs Targaryen. But anyone and everyone.
How come they aged the eye patch kid like 20 years and his older brother 5? I like the show but their age technology sucks.
