Interesting that that's the first thing that came to your mind though they blatantly named his character Al Powell (the cop he played in Die Hard).
amen. I freaking love that show. third week in Jan countdown commencing now. (EDIT: saw the ad, new eps are Jan 22nd) adn he was eating Twinkies just like he did in Die Hard, and when he talked to Big Mike later on the phone, he called him partner just like he was with Willis.
i realized all the similarities to Die Hard that you and R2K pointed out.. and yet I also still thought "that's Carl Winslow!" hahaha great either way
Speaking of Sarah Lancaster... the REAL QUESTION, is whether of not you remember her from SAVED BY THE BELL. Do you see her??? theSAGE
The REAL question is who in the hell watched "The New Class" (i IMDB'ed it cause that scene didn't seem familiar) When you call something SAVED BY THE BELL and call people out.. if you're not talking about the real Saved By the Bell, then you're the crazy one!
Dude, I watched it ALL!!!!! I have no shame. Heck, if you want more NBC trivia... check this out. Before getting fired from SacTown, guess who was on a sister show to SBTB? Yup... that dude there in the upper left is Reggie Theus. theSAGE
haha, I saw Hang Time a bit.. I saw a lot of those type of teen sitcom things here and there. California Dreams, City Guys come to mind hahaha.. just that the new class of Saved by the Bell was never kosher to me since it replaced the old one
Yeah, I watched all of the original Saved by the Bell, the TV movies, and even the College Years. But I only saw a handful of episodes for the New Class.
Not sure who all has been watching the second half of this season but it's been very solid, IMO. The last two episodes were aired out of order due to the President's speech three weeks ago but other than that there hasn't been a lot this show has gotten wrong. I only worry that Chuck won't get a third season due to ratings.
Apparently Chuck has not been renewed for a third season and is considered one of the shows to be on the bubble of getting axed ... thanks to Jay Leno.
Nooooooooooo!!! Chuck and Big Bang Theory are the only two shows I never, ever miss on a weekly basis. (except maybe Burn Notice). Why are they always dead set on killing fantastic shows?
http://series.nu/blog/67/exclusive-chuck-moving-to-the-cw.html If it's not renewed for a third season, Chuck could be moving over to The CW.
This would officially be the first series I've watched on the CW. I'm not even sure what channel that is in Austin. NBC is making a huge mistake with this stupid Leno show.
Same here, can't think of any show I've watched on the CW but I'd follow Chuck over there, solid show.
It sure is... basically killing a whole hour of prime time all week long. Advertisers are going to be having a mass exodus. This season of Chuck has been really really good imho. Last season was good as well, but they have really stepped it up a notch with season two. Edit: oh and as far as it moving over to the CW that makes sense. It is filmed on the WB lot, so Warner Bros is somewhat invested.
ridiculous. for me, Chuck has overtaken House and The Office as the show I look forward to most every week.. up there with 24.
I Frieeken love chuck it's my favorite show but i hate that dancing with stars, house, and gossip girl are taking all chuck's viewers....
