[TV] List of Renewed and Cancelled Broadcast shows

I really enjoyed Almost Human, sad to see it cancelled.

But at least Black List and Hannibal were renewed.

 

I only even watch three of the shows on that list. One just wrapped up (HIMYM) and the other two were renewed (Parks and Rec, BBT).

 

Never really got into Community, but surprised to see it on the list or cancellations

 

Mixology and Super Fun Night looked terrible. Glad they're canceled, especially that fat girl. Just because you're fat doesn't make you funny.

 

Only shows I watch on that list are The Simpsons and SHIELD. We need more good shows. Korra is the best show on TV right now. Come on, TV folks. Step up your game.

 

It's crazy that the Simpsons is still on the air. When the show started, I was younger than Lisa, and now I'm not too much younger than Homer!

 

it seems superhero shows are can't miss ripoffs nowadays... from the horror that was twilight to arrow which is half batman, half spiderman but a different costume. girlfriend that's a da against the big bad guys, super rich parents, man seeking vengeance etc... i guess marvel can't be sued for plagiarism if they plagiarize themselves. i guess it's not too different from all the westerns on tv wheni was young

 

The reason I no longer watch any network tv shows.

I started a few scifi ones a couple of years ago. Flashforward and V (remake) and both are gone.

From now on....AMC, HBO, and Starz for me. And only ones that look like they'll last.

 

I'm relieved that some of the shows I was forcing myself to watch in hopes they would become better were canceled (Crisis, Believe, Revolution) Just less to catch up on; I can erase the stuff that's left on my dvr.

Cant believe ABC took Happy Endings off the air in favor of shows like the Trophy Wife and Mixology. smh.

Sad to see Suburgatory go. This was supposed to be for teenage girls, but was surprisingly witty and funny. The first season was great, but this last season was just OK. Because of the budget cuts, they had to let go of all the hilarious ancillary characters that made the show funny.

Some of you guys are sleeping on some of these lesser known CW shows. Yes, there is more teenage drama and angst than I care for, but the CW has become THE place to get a good scifi/fantasy fix (shame on you SyFy). The 100 is surprisingly good.. and campy, but whatever. It's like a diet BattleStar Galactica. Supernatural is the business. if you haven't seen this show, where you been? Its been on for 9 seasons now.

Fox ruined Almost Human by making it a creature of the week show. We didn't even get to see what was behind the damn wall.

 

I am totally stunned CBS announced today The Mentalist would be renewed. Nobody saw that coming. Most of the time shows are doomed when they are completely remade. I might go ahead and finish the current season after all.

Glad Brooklyn-Nine-Nine is coming back, really got into it.

 

Damn, I wasted a lot of time watching Revolution, just started getting into Almost Human/Intelligence, and thought Mixology was decent. Guess they're doing me a favor as that's probably too much TV lol

 

Surviving Jack is an amazing show. Fox is idiotic for cancelling it. They just did a horrible job marketing it.

 

Meghan Ory (Riley on Intelligence, Red on OUAT) could use her own show. Intelligence started off bad, but I think it got better. Too bad about the cancellation though.

I am happy elementary, grimm amnd the blacklist are renewed. I loved those shows.

I could not get into believe and intelligence. Almost human had a lot of potential, i hate that we never get to see what was beyond that wall.

I had a feeling that Robin Williams comedy was toast. I only watched a few episodes of it but my general feelings from seeing it were I bet it is a hoot to be on set filming the series because Robin couldn't STFU and is always going off on his comedic rants ad libbing. But, none of that translated to the screen. No doubt the other actors were seriously entertained during filming but my opinion is being on set with a guy like a Robin could wear on you after a while because he seems to have this "always on" complex and I bet it was like that just rehearsing lines. No doubt they would all say they had a blast on set, though. But, I didn't really find the show tolerable or funny. I'd rather just watch Robin do 30 minutes of stand-up instead.
