    nope..not even close.

    the skits can be entertaining when he gets the audience involved. Or when he slow jams the news.

    But other than that, its a horrible horrible show.

    i watch it a few times per week. sometimes it seems like his monologue jokes might be funny if he had better delivery. Some of the other stuff they do is pretty funny though.

    He's found a stride since the first week. It's not great, but not bad at all. I think the bits where he makes the guest play a game or something are lame for the most part.

    he isn't great but he also is not as bad as I thought he would be. He is trying really hard :)

    agreed with all that. my biggest problem is his constant forced fake laughter. really annoying.

    He's definitely a likeable guy, so that keeps me tuned in from time to time.

    The skits/games have been very hit or miss for me though.

    Having the Roots as the house band and some good musical guest is a plus for the show.
