I'll spoiler this because it's completely off topic and it was a throw away comment from me because I think this whole situation is ridiculous from EVERY aspect. Spoiler No it really isn't a dick thing to say and I am very familiar with all trans issues. It's become a fad for some people to announce their pronouns as if they understand, truly care, or even actually know about trans related issues beyond what social media activists push. Most trans people don't care one bit about some random guy announcing his pronouns when they are bluntly clear just by looking at him and his life. It's not supportive. It's just something he's doing to make himself look better to his social group. I won't get further into it because it's too deep of a topic and there is too much detail to discuss for a message board. Sorry if you thought it was me just being a dick, but this topic is personally close to me and I am probably one of the handful of the people on here that actually know about it in depth. My favorite thing about independent films backed by groups like this is how they don't give a **** about the audience and deliver their messages with zero nuance. Makes for B movie fodder that disappears so quickly like Carano's career.
