[TV] Defiance

My thoughts as well. The scripts and plots need to be a little more creative and this show will be fine.

 

Is the game any good? I finally bought a new controller after not having one for a while and need a game to play casually. I'm watching the show right now. It had the whole falling skies model where it's just decent Enough to keep my attention.

 

Anyone else watch the entire season? The episodes improved.

If the writers raise their game a bit, this show has great long-term potential. Would also help if they improve the CGI.

The finale was decent. I'll be there when season 2 starts next June.

 

Just a big meh for me on this season. I thought the show stayed the same throughout; there was no change in quality IMO. I'll be watching season 2 *sigh* because I'm invested....

Where are all the aliens? Didn't like 7 races show up on earth? they have only focused on a few races, the Castithan, Irath and Indogene. I would like to see more of the Voltan races. What happened to all those biomen? I know this show is about the town Defiance, but man I wanted there to be some action else where! every episode felt like a bottle episode. I want to see what this war changed outside this damn town. Honestly, I would rather watch a prequel series than this show.

The only character worth watching is Stahma Tarr the wife of Datak; I feel she is the only nuanced character in the show. Everyone else is one note and boring.

I miss Stargate Universe.
