[TV] Better Call Saul

In other Breaking Bad news...

That actually is quite funny. But I'd hate to be that resident.

 

this is the breaking bad equivalent of when idiots do the "titanic", but this actually costs money and trashes peoples property.

 

And also shout "I'm the king of the world!"

 

This is as close as I got- I wouldn't dare go on someone's property like that- that's just creepy. Taking pictures of public places like that bar is one thing- but this poor lady has No Trespassing signs on her front lawn, and both gates to her back yard (I drove by it but didn't stop for abovementioned reasons).

And that's the end of my ABQ trip- again, pretty interesting to see how close all of these locations are to one another.

 

I'm jealous.

 

That last episode was outstanding.

 

OK, my last ones- these are BB. Back in the early 2000s, after I'd been in Lubbock for a few years, I just had to get out every once in a while. The closest big cities to me are Dallas and Albuquerque. Guess which one I chose to visit most often? I wound up going there several times and to Santa Fe- just beautiful places and much more to do than LBK. So, the whole BB being filmed there was the proverbial icing. And as someone interested in screenwriting, I wanted to see actual locations and what I thought went into choosing them.

Awesome pictures. I told my wife she had a bug up her but the other day, in a clear BB reference. She looked at me and asked if her name was Bogdan.

 

Apparently, BCS will be both a prequel and a sequel. Nicely done, gentlemen.

This show always makes me feel dumb in a good way.

I didn't figure out the billboard scam, and I didn't figure out the robbery trick until Mike turned on his black light.

I do not know about this whole Jimmy and Kim platonic friendship story.

Does he have a crush on her (wifey material?)

He sure is fixated on her. He is really awkward at expressing his desires.

 

I've always had the feeling that Kim and Jimmy had had a relationship previously....

 

Clearly; the prank phone calls early on with the altered voice showed they have some kind of kinky previous relationship.

 

Were any of those "wanted" pictures at the beginning of any significance? The first guy kinda looked like one of the members of the nazi gang in BB... and there was a bearded guy that looked like the guy who bumps into Saul in the bathroom towards the end of the episode.

 

in episode 2 when Tuco has Saul & the skaters in the desert, does anyone know what car Tuco has? The van is Nacho's.
