I don't want to sound like an elitist, but a couple of people here need to understand the exact meaning of a word before replying. "Obnoxious" and "Instigating" does not mean you are insulting others, but it does mean you are being extremely annoying. Rockets management won't look good nationally. People look at what Adelman has done which is get the most out of a team missing it stars. It's simple as this to me. Rick didn't want to rebuild while the management did so it was good for both of them to split.
