Not to mention that T-Mac is also on the plus/minus one good game one bad bandwagon himself. The offense just needs to be opened up significantly - spefically, they need to can a lot of their plays that require too much ineffective back-picking and cutting just to continue to have a difficult play, only with less time on the shot clock. Not that I don't like back-picking, just not the plays JVG has drawn up.
