    I was specifically referring to this first sentence of your post:

    "People don't put illegal information in their tax returns."

    Why do you say that? People DO put illegal information in their tax returns. They purposely neglect or embellish or lie.

    I hate to take part in this and risk making it even somehow dumber, but maybe whoever posted that quote meant that people don't put "independent contractor, Meth growth, $127,500." Or "paying vig on predatory $400,000,000 Russian loan: $325,000."
