I changed it, but it is a legitimate question? I mean throughout history people have taken down cruel leaders, Hitler, Ceasar etc, - Donald Trump is causing a ton of pain and death in this country by his lies and his lining of his own pockets, the country would be better off if he died. But, those that can't handle analytical discussions would get all butt hurt - about that type of conversation so I changed it.

    Thanks for proving my point.

The reality is the man is incompetent, has been convicted of fraud in a childrens charity, convicted of money laundering, sued for having sex with a 13 year old with Epstein, put children in cages, convicted of running a fake University, lines his own pockets at our tax payers expense.....

I am sorry if you can't handle all these FACTS and even more sorry if you are ok with any of them and don't hold your leaders accountable.

I can't stand the man, but you're not helping your cause with posts like these. Welcome to ignore. You post **** like this every two weeks and every time people tell you to not cross that line, and yet here you are.

You're putting your personal FBI agent into overtime with **** like that.

You seriously are not well. I'm not sure what point I proved for you. But I'm happy to do so. Go look up what a hate crime is and then reflect on some of your rhetoric. You haven't committed a crime.... I'm not accusing you of that. But you are inciting hate. The very thing you believe you're crusading against. How about you get yourself situated and then come back and join the fight for the cause you believe in. Everyone has a right to their first amendment speech and beliefs. I'll support you on that. But that kind of talk is stuff that a kid that doesn't know better would say.

You really mean its hard to find countering talking points to remove the spotlight from Trump but Dan Crenshaw is a master at that game. That whole conversation happens and you just have to ask yourself "So Dan... are you trying to say that Trump is doing a good job??"

Keep in mind Obama was BLASTED for the Ebola response. Trump has been criminal in his response, and his response has no doubt cost lives. Maybe not 40,000 of them, but a significant portion would have been saved had the government had a unified serious response not in March but in January when Trump knew this was coming, and was a reality. But he sat on his fat a$$, downplayed the threat, and then NOW is contributing to undermining his own governments attempts to have a cohesive "re-opening" that doesn't lead to a second round.

I get so sick of Republicans like Crenshaw who play this game of trying to shame Democrats for being partisan when he's talking out his a$$ about facts. This guy is just as partisan as Mitch McConnell but he knows he has a diverse city & state he resides in so he plays these games to try and sound independent. The guy is just as much of a Trump has as anyone.

I think Maher made a mistake of thinking he could actually expect an open conversation with this guy, and didn't come prepared for the talking points that would come well prepared for him. Some in the media just still have no clue how to talk to Republicans and those who are coached from Rush Limbaugh in the AM and FoxNews in the PM.

I got just the opposite out of it. It looked like Maher wasn't looking for an open conversation at all. I'd be interested to see if you can debunk Crenshaw's 'facts', as he put them. If the China and WHO are telling the President one thing and he's getting conflicting info from intel, what's the call? Damned if you do, damned if you don't. It's moot because he's going to be criticized either way and in fact was, when he shut down the flights, with the exception of American's returning as Crenshaw points out.

How do you talk out of your A$$ about facts? Isn't that kind of the opposite of talking out of your a$$? Maher was talking out of his a$$ and it came off as obvious....in my opinion. You obviously had a different opinion about what you saw and the facts that were stated by Crenshaw.

Except, Crenshaw's 'facts' are half-truths. The ban that Crenshaw mentioned was soft as hell. Almost 40,000 more people came in from China after that 'ban'. About 40 countries were ahead of Trump on his weak 'ban'. Crenshaw doesn't mention that at all.

When Crenshaw talks about not voting on the supplemental funding bill, was that the one that Republicans put all of this other pork barrel unrelated crap in that was correctly not voted on?

Crenshaw claiming that Trump wasn't lying but trying to be calm is not a fact at all but a complete lie.

Crenshaw is completely defending Trump and not just looking at facts.

This quote is from Lawrence of Arabia. It might as well be from a more self-aware version of Trump speaking to Crenshaw.

Well, I said it's hard to argue against facts. I didn't say people won't try.

LOL - no I'm not, I hope he dies like right now - I hope he keels over for the good of the world. There is no threat in hopes and prayers.....I know it is a line some won't cross, but to me, he is Adolph Hitler - if more people would have stepped up and called him out - we might have avoided WW2. DT is the same as Hitler - he would do the world a favor by dying today.

Dear Lord, please call Donald Trump home - today, and then send him to Satan forever.

BTW- this is the man who called White Supremacists fine people. Even after one of them drove their car into a crowd of peaceful protesters.

IMHO, Maher normally holds his own pretty well with his guests. This one he looked unprepared / flustered.

His supporters must be blind, deaf, and most definitely dumb to believe this guy after literally months of lying about how he responded to the Coronavirus. If they can't see that every "briefing" now is not about science and how to deal with the virus, but rather is a trump "campaign commercial," then they are beyond hope. Calling them stupid simply doesn't do them justice.
