Basically, and on par with the low ceilings of people on here, nothing anybody posted to critique this idea means anything.

If you could distance yourselves with what you've been brainwashed with for a few seconds, you'd see what a logical idea this is. It's not about making ME feel safe. It's not about being racist. It's about ensuring the safety of this nation based on trends.

Trump's a savvy guy when it comes to big picture ideas. This is a step bird brained people get offended by because they operate on emotional rhetoric and not logic - but it's a step you have to take.

 

I believe Nixon and Johnson both made racist comments in their taped conversations as President. Johnson especially is interesting because he used racial slurs while also complimenting the people he was talking about.

I have some familiarity with the U.S. constitution. So if Trump suggests something like this for the U.S. I say it's better that we don't abandon the constitution.
