I think after Tuesday the chances of Trump getting a second turn are much less. Having Secretary of state and Governor candidates like Finchem and Mastriano defeated makes it much harder for Trump to win. Trump likely isn't goign to win the popular vote in a third run and state officialls are unlikely to bend the rules for him. If those candidates had won I think there is a real worry that they don't certify their own state elections if Trump loses. This ends up putting the election into the House and a narrow Dem majority means nothing when the votes are by states and not by individual representatives.

Its as equally about money I don't think he really wants to be president again he just wants to be able to continue to grift. If DeSantis would actually call him out about his grifting he might have a chance. DeSantis has Murdoch behind him, so he might have someone to do it by proxy.
Why would people that voted for Biden vote for Desantis? What voter pool is Desantis going to dip in to defeat Biden? Can you walk me through the reason DeSantis would win because I just don't see it unless the economy goes to **** over the next 2 years then any Democrat would lose. I am not saying Biden is the best candidate, but I don't understand why everyone thinks DeSantis is a great candidate especially after what happened in the midterm.
At this point it's a 'who's not the worst' for a lot of independent voters. People voted against Trump in 2020. That's how much he's reviled. Meanwhile, Biden has garnered a somewhat warranted reputation as a useless doddering old man. Bad to Worse: 1. DeSantis 2. Biden 3. Trump A lot of people will just check the DeSantis box to vote against Biden.
I disagree with you there because there is nothing about Biden that would make you vote for a Republican like Desantis. What poolof voters do you think would vote either or for Biden or DeSantis? They are polar opposites, and I think DeSantis with his record would drive Democrats to the polls after him trying to be Trump lite? People for the most part like Biden and he has accomplished a lot I don't know why you think people would vote DeSantis over Biden especially especially whn DeSantis has no personality and will be destroyed during a primary by Trump. None of it makes any sense, and then you throw in what happened during the midterms, which was a huge rebuke to DeSantis style governing.
This is a fairly widespread opinion. Lots of Rs voted Biden just because they hate Trump. They don't hate DeSantis.
