LOL. The art of the deal..... fail at compromising with your own party and the opposition party so declare a national emergency.....

If rubbing my face in it is the fact that Trump turned down over ten billion because he couldn't compromise.... then gloat away!

 

Sadly, it probably won't achieve anything unless they ate willing to open their eyes and see the truth about the illegal crossings. I agree that it's absolutely political from the lawmakers aspect. That's why nothing bipartisan will ever get done. Payback's a b**** on both sides. I'm not saying it's right. I'm just saying what i see.

I'm pretty sure all folks don't want their land partitioned, but at the same time, some are willing to allow that. As for demonization and xenophobia, remember i live down here. The demonization is within our own culture of machismo and betraying the "raza". Then again, this is the same culture that is known as being like crabs in a pot.
Down here, we're nothing more than a political issue. Once this is decided either way, we'll be left alone to deal with all the mess down here that everyone wants to have a say in.

 

I don't get that either. Those that come spend money have the ability to pass back and forth. My thoughts are the business owners are worried about losing the business of those that are here illegally.

The new president of El Salvador is a douche. how big of a douche do you have to be to get kicked out of the brutal murderous ARENA party? But It puts him in a position where he has to give the appearance that he's going to do more on his part to stop the flow immigrants coming to the U.S while very well knowing his own economy will collapse even more without the money sent back from U.S Naturalized citizens, U.S Residents, and those that live illegally in the U.S.

Seven hundred miles east, busload after busload of weary, bedraggled migrants crowd into the Catholic Charities Humanitarian Respite Center in McAllen, Texas. Organizers there are used to handling 200 to 300 migrants a day. Lately, the migrants have been arriving at a clip of around 800 a day, overflowing the respite center and straining city resources.

“It’s staggering,” McAllen City Manager Roy Rodriguez said. “Really, we’ve never seen anything like this before.”
