It would be nice if the naysayers would spend a week on ride along's with the border patrol.

Maybe they should have talked to each other before opening up their twitter?

That name... p*rn star name for sure.

Also Trump wasted too much time solving this. He is part to blame for the level of crisis.

I'd say there is a crisis on the border, but not the one that Trump thinks there is.

Oh thank you, Mr. President, for not being a butcher!

What about the naysayers who have lived along the border for decades? Not everyone along the border shares the same view.

Illegal immigration rises and wanes. The crisis has been never compromising on immigration reform.

Trump lies about things that are so easy to disprove. It’s American consumers that are paying for the tariffs for the trade war.

    It’s pretty embarrassing....

I was actually referring to the politicians.

About the locals down here, many have family connections and ties to Mexico, or they have a financial interest in the people that come over from Mexico...so, as a Hispanic myself, when I voice my opinion around here, people think I'm against my "people". My thoughts on that are that my "people" are legal citizens and I'm an American.

Since it would be profit-making, shouldn't we just go ahead and do it right now, regardless of what happens with illegal immigration?

    And what will that achieve?

This is clearly about politic and not about solutions. Trump and GOP turned down tens of billions for their border security when they wouldn’t compromise over DACA.

And some folks don’t want their land taken and partioned to build a wall.

And some folks don’t like the demonization and xenophobia.

    Lots of varying reasons.

And what about the businesses along the border that exist doing business with people from both sides of the border?

What caravans? What crisis? What emergency? Collusion! Obstruction!
Damn Trump just keeps rubbing their faces in it.
