Trump Signs Order to Restrict Refugees from 7 Countries But Not Saudi Arabia

Obama had restrictions on those who traveled TO those seven countries, and it was placed on citizens from other nations who qualify for the visa waiver program. This means they were tracking UK, France, or Belgium citizens (for example) who had free access to the US who had visitited those war torn nations. It does not mean they banned immigrants or refugees from these nations. It's such a huge difference and the ban does nothing to protect the United States.

What about all those citizens from those nations who were already here before the ban? Are they deemed a threat that needs to be extremely vetted?
