Trump would not be eligible to run for re-election in 2028

then don't comment on which weapons platform is better for engaging multiple targets at range.

I’ll comment whenever I ****ing like to comment….I’m not asking for your permission. I’ll comment just like you did when you made the idiotic statement that a bolt action rifle is more lethal than an AR because of what happened in this event. I do appreciate you putting the new “at range” qualifier in though

Former law enforcement officials are asking questions about the Secret Service’s protective perimeter and how closely the agency's countersnipers were watching the building where the gunman fired shots into the Trump rally. “We’re not looking at any skyscrapers here,” said Robert E. McDonald, a lecturer at the University of New Haven who spent 20 years in the Secret Service. “They should be able to see that. And if somebody’s up there, they should be able to send law enforcement personnel up there to check that out.”

That is true, I overlooked that. And hopefully that is still the case in 4 years.

that wasn't my reasoning, I was speaking as a gun expert. It was more advice, not permission.

For clarification, you are hoping he is ineligible to run in 2028? Are you effectively endorsing Trump 2024?

Replace "is" with "would be", as in under the (likely) scenario that he wins in 2024.

JFK happened. To me it’s just not proven to be far fetched. I have a deer lease where my blind is 125 yards off the feeder. I have very little bullet drop on my M4. It’s close. Of course I’m just baffled how 150 yards is not being monitored via high ground.

My dad is a trooper, he’s done security detail for Abbott and the president. Everything is discussed. It’s highly detailed and it’s known where everyone will be in all scenarios. The SS is filled with high level military officials.

The situation is bizarre. On a 10x32 sniper scope which is common practice. A target can literally fill up the lens. The shooter wasn’t wearing trooper, or SS equipment. The Sniper knew this and watched the target pointing a rifle at Donald Trump.

    It’s a coup….

Gross negligence doesn’t even make sense when you factor in to the information that’s been released?

Pretend there’s a miscommunication on said target and a SS member thinks it’s a trooper (which is impossible due to scope magnification)and that communication was not had. Then the confusion means the SS is taking Trump off stage.

Anyways… you will see a lot of military officials raise red flag after red flag for a reason.

You have to understand, 150 yards is close. If you need a sight idea. Imagine a short par 3 on a golf course. How the absolute hell would you allow a high ground position that close to not be manned.

    Coup…

Go eat a fat **** you ******* piece of ****. The state of Pennsylvania released a tweet saying he was hit from glass from his teleprompter when I posted what I posted.

You are devoid of any objectivity and you have no idea what my political views are or who I have voted for.

    So simmer down Khan.

Some day, with any self awareness you will look in the mirror and realize you are no different than the fools that supported the fools that flew a plane into the tower or supported the Cambodian massacre…

I will wait for more information - and while we only agree about half the time on political issues, I appreciate your opinions.

That’s always a good thing to do.

We were fed Russian collusion years on years from the news.

Guys like Soros own the media so it’s largely disinformation.

I would bet with good money that we never hear the full details, but it’s ultimately a waste of time.

JFK was ~80 yards and he was hit despite a much less accurate weapon. I agree 150 yards isn't a hard shot at all. I've nailed several CNS shots on pigs unbraced.

None of this adds up to a conspiracy for me tho. Incompetence everywhere.

We were fed it for years because it was GENUINELY NEWSWORTHY that the GOP nominee and then the President would submit himself and his country to a charmless, inept, murderous Russian despot.

Now it's no longer newsworthy, it's baked in that Trump/the GOP are Putinist submissives who favor Russia over the US, our NATO allies, and Ukraine.

So, you don't hear about it as much.

    You're welcome for the explanation.
