He has no opinion of Donald Trump, or the Republican party more generally, as far as I can tell. I see this a lot with people who are fed up with what the Democratic party has turned into and are all-consumed by it. One might call it "Democrat Derangement Syndrome".

Why do you feel a need to pick on anyone personally? This is a debate and discussion forum. Try just discussing the topics without personally harassing those who you don't agree with about a topic.

On Biden vs Trump, both are in apparent steep mental decline, but Trump is still FAR more popular among Republican voters than Biden is among Democratic voters. I don't think Democrats win in 2024 with Biden as their nominee by focusing on Trump's mental decline. He has so many other negative qualities that should be disqualifying. IMO, the sooner the Democrats find a viable replacement for Biden in 2024, the better.
