Put away your superficial judgements and look at the situation objectively. Melania and the Trump Clan have nothing to worry about financially. The are wealthier than they ever have been thanks to "Infamy". There are going to be platforms that will want to bank off the scrutiny.

I think you have a superficial judgment of his current wealth, or its relevance, without knowing the vig on his $400M plus marker. EDIT: I guess you are talking about, as a brief snapshot, is he, right now, the most "popular" or widely recognized person ever? If that means the most number of living-at-one-timepoint humans would recognize you... maybe? I don't have a sense for the memes and images getting to the billions of people on the planet. It may be a K-pop star, or Xi, or still Hitler, given the strength and stench of that brand, or someone else. I guess it could be Trump in terms of north america and europe, at this moment, maybe? Do you think more humans recognize the face and name of Trump than that of Xi or Putin or some Bollywood actress? I have no way or knowing.
Squaring this with Trumps constant cries to repeal Section 230 makes my head hurt. If he gets that, there won't be a platform in existence that will be able to cary Trump, even if they wanted to really, really badly. They'd be sued into oblivion so fast... I guess his narcissism doesn't let him see that objectively? If Section 230 is repealed the only thing that will happen is the "censorship" will get 1000x more draconian on Trump and his minions.
He may be betting on who has the bigger pocket and the willingness to sue about anything they don't like, however "normal" it is. Or, of course, he doesn't have a clue what section 230 is.
Trump wants to repeal Section 230 only to piss off the Social Media companies. Nothing more, nothing else. That Trump is cutting off his nose to spite his face which just goes to show you Trump’s really really large brain in action.
