I think it is great, no need to worry about the fire in California, hurricane in east coast or tornados in the Midwest. Will save some money for the government. No doubt I will vote for GOP next time for sure!

Great news, @droxford - the "valve" has been found by "the United States Military" and turned on.

“The United States Military just entered the Great State of California and, under Emergency Powers, TURNED ON THE WATER flowing abundantly from the Pacific Northwest, and beyond,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “The days of putting a Fake Environmental argument, over the PEOPLE, are OVER. Enjoy the water, California!!!”

You can’t keep bailing out leaders who make poor decisions. At some point, they - and the people who put them in power - have to face the consequences. Elections have consequences. If responsible adults keep stepping in to prevent the worst decisions from playing out, how will people ever learn and make better choices in the future?

I’m sorry, but sometimes, you have to let people experience the full impact of their decisions. Disasters will continue to happen as the planet warms, and without FEMA, there’s no question that most states won’t be able to handle the scale of these crises. When you lose your home and the state cannot (and will not) come to help you, you will find out firsthand what that really means.

You mean you don't expect Cruz and Abbott to come riding up on their white horses to help you out after a hurricane? :p

Maybe it goes something like this ...

I bet disaster response in the rural areas that voted for Abbot and Dan Patrick will be amazing. The devistation and destruction in the "liberal cities" that lingers for years will make GREAT viewing on Fox News where everybody will tut-tut and say its God's will for being liberal Satanists.
