My sad prediction: because they get tested constantly, and because the doctors can rush in with steroids and any and all other known treatments, the first “couple” will be mostly asymptomatic, and the COVID deniers will become even more emboldened.
I hope he recovers eventually, but not speedily and bigly. Otherwise he would just yap more about how the virus is nothing, he is strong blabla.
Also wouldn't this be the kind of thing our government would want to keep secret from the enemies of The United States of America (I would think so...national security and all...IDK). I think this is complete BS from the Sick-o-In Chief.... Edit: pun really was not intended
One of my friends tragically died from the virus. His passing was fast and unexpected. Another guy who was a great PA also died recently. His passing was covered in the local papers. Both were in their late 50's, seemingly in good health, not obese at all. I understand the percentages, but Covid-19 gets real when it affects the people you know. In response to your question, yeah, symptoms always appear to be mild, but things can go downhill quickly, depending on how your immune system reacts to it.
I don't wish death on Trump & his family, but I do hope they have symptoms and go through some of the suffering their actions have inflicted upon millions of Americans. Trump has failed to be a positive leader by example, maybe Covid can finally change that
I will add this: even if Trump has a mild course I have seen enough cases now of older people (>50 yo) who had COVID-19 and only needed outpatient self treatment who had mild pulmonary fibrosis on follow up few months later.
We both know or should know I think highly of Tulsi Gabbard and not so much of Biden lol - but yes good he sent that and I would hope if the shoe was on the other foot that Trump would do likewise
